As this campaign continues to build momentum, we’re organizing events all across the country. Find (or host!) an event near you!
Join us as Spartanburg Methodist College welcomes Senator Rick Santorum as he shares his plan to Take Back America for hard working men and women. This event is open to the public as well as to students at no cost. RSVP is not required but recomended.
Parking on campus is very limited. If you require handicap parking please contact Kendall McCarty for arrangements to be made. We recommend that you arrive early so that you have time to be seated before the event begins.
The park opens at 4:00pm with entertainment by up and coming artist Bryant Moffiitt and Country Music legend, singer/songwriter Bobby John Henry. Free hotdogs, watermelon, and lemonade. Donations are not required but are—of course—greatly appreciated.
Senator Santorum will be speaking at 6:00pm. This is a great chance to personally speak with him about the issues that concern you!
Our 3rd Annual "Thank You for being Republican" cookout will be held on September 12th from 11am-2pm at Snow's Cut Park on the Intracoastal Waterway in Wilmington (9420 River Rd, Sea Breeze, North Carolina 28412)
There is no cost to attend the event and historically around 300 republican activists from across Southeastern North Carolina attend. This year's event will feature bbq from the "Hogfather" food truck, with a portion of the proceeds to be donated to the 7th Congressional District Republican Party for "get out the vote" efforts in 2016.
Past Keynote Speakers have been Senator Thom Tillis and Congressman David Rouzer. Other confirmed guest for this year's event are Sen. Michael Lee, Heather Grant for Insurance Commissioner, NC House Rep. Jimmy Dixon, NC GOP Vice Chair Michele Nix, and Sen. Buck Newton
