Judy Pollock: Rick Santorum exemplifies American values as a man of true character. He is a good family man with strong morals and conservative values. Rick is the type of leader this country needs to restore America.
-
Sunny Rinker: I had the pleasure of working with Senator Santorum in 1997 when he was working furiously to get the ban on partial birth abortions passed. I saw, first hand, his work ethic and his commitment to do what was “right”. I was from Florida at the time, and my own Senator, Bob Graham, would not even see me. This bill was passed through both houses. Even Joe Biden voted for it. It was then vetoed by President Bill Clinton. Rick Santorum is a man of principle. He can be extremely tenacious when he believes in something. He will be a shining star in any debate with Barack Obama.

Janelle B: I pick Rick because he’s been consistent. He ran as a true conservative whether or not it was popular at the time. He didn’t cave to the establishment just to win elections. He supports strong family life, religious liberty and State’s rights. He wants to give this country back to the people and re focus on the goals set down by our Founding Fathers. This Pennsylvanian picks and prays for Rick Santorum for President!

Terri Ringler: We believe that this may be our last chance ( politically ) as a nation, to stand up for the values and principles that founded, built, and has carried America. We support Rick Santorum because he embodies those qualities of faith and fortitude, as exemplified in his record and commitment, as one of those rare individuals who says what he means and means what he says. He has earned our trust and deserves our vote!

Elise: I pick Rick Santorum as my candidate for the President of the United States of America because of his strong beliefs. I truly believe that he is the best choice for out country. He knows what he is doing. He knows the concerns of the people. He focuses on family. I have never seen a candidate more strongly involved with family relations. When I listen to his speeches or read quotes, I cannot help but feel that he represents what our country stands for. Although we are of different religions, we share the same beliefs. He is my pick.

Jasmine: Rick’s campaign is the epitome of the American dream. He doesn’t have the funding or the media time that the other candidates have, but he feels strongly about his country and his mission. So he does it the old-fashioned way. He rolls up his sleeves, gets to work, and goes from town to town meeting the real people in America that quietly keep this country going. That in itself says something about his character. Also, as an American with Mexican heritage, I pick Rick because of his stance on defending the border and making English the official language. I support the idea of a melting pot, and allowing legal immigrants to come here and build their dreams by obeying and honoring the law. I love God, family, and my country. I haven’t seen any flip-flopping from Rick Santorum. Because of all these things, I pick Rick.

Susan Tyrell: I volunteer for a national pro-life organization and write for their website. I have made a vow to never vote for any candidate who is not pro-life. Rick Santorum is the ONLY candidate who sounds like his pro-ife convictions have no political spiel to them. He not only believes what he is saying, but he has lived it in his own family. He doesn’t make exceptions for killing innocent children because it’s politically expedient. He is the only candidate that values life in a way that lets me look in the mirror at the end of the day and know that I can feel confident that my vote is going to one who will speak out for the speechless in the womb.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been this excited about a candidate, but I am. A nation that sheds the blood of its innocent can’t expect to be financially blessed and secure. Rick Santorum will fight the war in our own borders, and for me, there’s no question he is the best candidate for this reason, as well as his other political qualifications and service over the years.

Lisa Kaliski: I support Rick Santorum because out of all the GOP candidates still in the race, his values and beliefs are similar to mine. While I do not agree with Rick on every issue, I respect his right to express his opinion and I listen to him with an open mind. He would do the same for me and everybody else. After watching the never-ending debates, listening and watching many of Rick’s interviews, and watching, thanks to C-SPAN, some of his town hall meetings in Iowa and New Hampshire, I can honestly say he is a man of integrity. He says what he means what he says. Rick loves his family, has a strong moral character, faith in God, and believes in his country and freedom.
I pray for Rick everyday, asking God to continue to give him the courage and strength he needs to win the GOP nomination and the presidency. Our country is broken. If we do not have family and faith, we do not have freedom. I pray Rick is the one to lead our country back down the path of American exceptionalism. GAME ON!!

Kittie Peacock: Rick Santorum is the candidate that comes closest to my values and principles. I will not vote for the most “Electable” candidate ever again! The primaries is the time we should vote our principles, Reagan was considered Unelectable up until he won in a landslide. Obama has already lost, why compromise? If you cannot TRUST a candidate, you should not vote for them in the primaries! Have we Conservatives plugged our nose enough already? The GOP has let us down for the last 50 yrs, do not vote Party, Conservatives. By voting for true Conservative candidates we can restore the GOP to her principles and begin to restore our country to allegiance to the Constitution. Rick can also help get Conservative Senators and Congressmen elected. We need all of them to turn this country around.

Lisa Graas: I am a single mom of four in the foothills of Appalachia. I support Rick Santorum for president because he is the only candidate I have seen in my life who can explain the root causes of poverty — the breakdown of the family — and is willing to address this problem in a positive manner that we can all get behind. He can make the case for the family like no one else can. This is sorely needed in America at a time when marriage and family are being redefined. We do not need to redefine marriage. We need to restore it as a society and uphold traditional marriage as a good, not something to be discouraged or watered down. Rick Santorum’s slogan is “Faith, Family, Freedom” because without Faith and Family, we cannot really have Freedom. He has this right where all the other candidates only give lip service, and so I am a loyal supporter.
